Check the destination first

The delivery address you supply at checkout determines the services and charges offered. Verify every part of it, including apartment information and postal code, before authorizing payment. Let us know quickly about a mistake, recognizing that dispatch may prevent an address change.

From authorization to arrival

We normally prepare an authorized order in 1–2 business days. After it leaves us, estimated transport takes 4–6 business days in addition to preparation. Business days exclude weekends and applicable holidays. These times are estimates and do not guarantee a specific delivery date.

Watching the tracking record

Carrier tracking can lag behind the physical handover of a shipment. Disruptions, weather and incomplete addresses may cause delays, so retain both your confirmation and tracking reference.

Requesting delivery support

For damage, save the packaging and send clear pictures. We use that information to investigate with the relevant service and pursue an appropriate resolution while preserving non-excludable rights.
